Sadly I was mistaken and I feel like I need to let others know before you go and waste your money here

Small portions and this was the $12 combo chicken look like the cook took a smoke break and forgot about it on the grill and the audacity to call this spicy chicken

They have got to be ashamed of that burnt spicy chicken and for that they will never get my business!!”

“We used to love this place and have been customers for years. I always get teriyaki and pay $3 extra for extra meat. Well things have changed. This is my second time now paying for extra meat and as you can see below, this is a normal amount of pork. It used to be almost double this. I walked back in the rain to show them and they said that this is extra meat. Sad to now have to find a new Teriyaki place. This was was so good for so many years but I guess it has changed.”

“They have no hot sauce for some reason... Hopefully when I come back they'd have some and I'll change my rating. Had udon with chicken, taste was mid. I'd recommend their rice dishes and avoid noodles menu. Place was on the colder side, bring blankets for comfort.”

“I ordered the lunch chicken teriyaki & gyoza special. The salad is simple but the dressing is good. There was enough teriyaki sauce. They handled several walk in and phone orders while I ate and were friendly and professional. Each order was prepared fresh. They have a decent selection of dishes.”

“This place cares about 1-thing…MONEY!! Terrible combative customer service. We have been eating here for over a year. A take home date night I could walk to. One time they mess up my order and they treat my like I’m dirt. Won’t be back. They asked me to bring my food back. I had cut the tray lid off and still brought it back. Then they replaced the beef- handing me back the cold chicken/rice. I asked if the chicken was warm…she took the plate bake reluctantly again (I don’t have a microwave). Then after returning my meal, in my returned open tray, I sanitized my hands to check the rice…it was cold. I asked again “is the rice warm?”, the owner comes around the corner and puts her hand in my rice and said “yes”! I asked to her replace the rice too and it was downhill from here. Again. I wanted nothing free. Just what I paid for.

The male cook/owner was incredibly rude and aggressive as I continued to try quiet his rage. I even asked the lady to speak to me in the corner, sitting down as to tactically not cause a scene. Sadly saying, I can’t eat where respect isn’t mutual. Wasn’t trying to get anything free. Just a hot meal that after “fixing” was 1/2 cold rice and 1/2 cold chicken. Won’t be back.
